I have to say, the company has really improved. I’ve been a customer since 2022 and went 11 months without needing to file a claim. Recently, however, we had several claims, and I was impressed with how much Super has stepped up. The chat support is finally available and very helpful. Response times for scheduling a servicer were quick, and the chat made it even easier to make adjustments when needed. Overall, the company is clearly moving in the right direction, and I have no plans to leave.

Jesus is very capable. He showed me my dryer circuit board and explained what was wrong with it. He fixed it quickly. It kept my repair bill to a minimum. Great customer relations!
