Our technician Gary was absolutely incredible. Was very knowledgeable and fixed our dryer quickly! Very kind and and friendly. Only downside was the way the link payment works. Kind of a hassle to wait 20 minutes for it to be sent when the tech requests from dispatch team. Gary, you were awesome!!!

Niyaz was awesome, told me the honest truth about the washer unit, helped me to decide on my next step and that replacing the unit would be the best decision. He cleaned up and was very friendly. I definitely recommend using them for repairs and maintenance to your washer and dryer.

Brandon provided excellent service. He was on time . He was courteous. The repair was completed quickly but he was thorough. Brandon explained the service plan and it's benefits, but he was not pushy. I will recommend this young man to others as well as rely on him in the future.
