Super bad experience with these people I highly not recommend them it's a big scam!! I'm a New homeowner and can't even answer me always told me they had the wrong address never fix it and my app never worked!!! Pure trash!

Puls overcharges, period. I had a simple repair — $50 original manufacturer replacement part (based on call to manufacturer as well as 4 part suppliers online) — that tool the technician 20 minutes to complete, including set up. Simple latch replacement on washing machine. Puls tried to charge me $480 without giving me an estimate in advance (I asked by email and by phone) or giving me the opportunity to approve the repair first. When I called customer service, Ingot an AI system and no call back. They only pay the technician (who was great) ~$90, so they planned to change me $255 for the repair, $210 for parts and $15 as a service fee. That’s worse than the split an Uber driver gets. This is not the technicians fault. He was great. Just know that if you are going to use Puls, they will charge your eyeballs out.

Any 5 star review has to be fake. Typical home warranty - The goal is not to pay anything. If your water heater goes out, you want it back online. They will tell you it will take a week or longer to get someone to just initially look at it. They know you can't wait and will just replace it on your own. Good scam. Shame on me.

The worst warranty company on the market. They will deny your claim so they don’t have to pay it when the second opinion and first opinion you request tell Super they are wrong. They do this they have to pay out claim. I would give them no stars if I could

I’ve had Super for five years and would have written a better review in the beginning. Now I suspect Super likely engages in fraudulent practices to reduce its payments. This year -for the fifth year in a row Super had to recharge my home AC unit. I noted that there was obviously a leak that needed to be repaired, which is a covered service. The technician simply said Super would just authorize more refrigerant annually rather than actually fix the problem. Now, under the appliance coverage a broken hinge assembly on my washer required a lid replacement. This washer is known for the problem and only three years ago Super repaired it. Today however they decided that I caused the break and therefore they would not cover it. When he left the technician said the part would take 5-7 days to obtain but now it is not a covered item. Beware that Super can assign blame arbitrarily to the owner, keep your $75 and decline coverage. You cannot trust Super in my experience.

Super Home Warranty is the bottom of the barrel, they like to prolong expensive service jobs in hope that you will give up and have a third party make the repairs and you pay for it yourself. 1st They take forever to get scheduled for plumbing issue should always be priority 2nd Their customer service calls are routed all of the world 3rd Their process if they they can't locate a service provider is to lengthy. 1st Issue: Septic system / Pump Aug 2024 Their service company didn't actively pursue Super, but offered them a quote for me to make the $1300 overpriced repairs. Which I had to get a third pay to do for $845 out of my pocket. 2nd Issue: Microwave Oct 2024 I took 90 days (Oct 2024 thru Jan 2025 the holiday season) for them to resolve my microwave issue. They offered to give me $135 & I could find a service provider to replace the control board, but I persisted which ended in a replacement cost check for $649.00, but I had no microwave for Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years.

I was with Super for more than 7 years. Early on, they were great and cared about their customers but with each passing year, it cost more money and had worse coverage. So much so that they refused to fix my HVAC because the outside unit had dirt on it (despite having been cleaned by their service person 3 months before). I appealed several times to no avail. Now I take the money I would be spending monthly on their warranty service that doesn’t cover much of anything anymore, and I put it away for any repairs I might need. Stay FAR away from Super.

I have been a HelloSuper customer for 5 years and each year the service, service provider, and time to resolve an issue get worse. The real issue is that their customer support is constrained by broken processes and management is protected by a veil of unavailability. (I asked to speak with a manager 3 times after 4 servicer no-shows) This time: 3 weeks to get a washer prepared Last time: 2 weeks to fix a garbage disposal Prior time: 3 weeks for a fridge repair Your response is insufficient. Blaming the servicer is not my complaint. My displeasure is with super’s unwillingness to escalate to management (manager declined to speak with me). Customer service “making notes” and clients being the ones responsible for project management and following up on multiple no call/no shows.
