Paul did an absolutely amazing job…
Paul did an absolutely amazing job repairing my dishwasher. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he’s not only highly skilled but also ethical and trustworthy. He took the time to thoroughly assess the problem, explain the issue to me in simple terms, and make sure the repair was done right the first time. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail truly set him apart. It’s rare to find someone who combines great technical ability with such integrity, and I’m grateful to have found him. A good assessment
Stepan, our service tech, was cordial, polite, and considerate. He was a significant factor in the making the experience well received. Although it was obvious English was not his primary language he was able to articulate what he intended to do, ask the right questions, and be able to explain the situation with my appliance. Myself being an engineer, his process was sound and methodical, which made his assessment sensible and agreeable.

Very happy with the service.
Amye was punctual, very knowledgeable and honest. Got our dryer working quickly. We just moved and garage is full of stuff and our washer dryer are in the garage, she didn’t mind working in such tight area.
