Awesome! I tried to find someone on Nextdoor Neighbor but they were all very slow to respond. One gentleman from Sager, suggested he could come out but I would have to pay double since it was the weekend. Others did not return my weekend call until Monday. I goggled Samsung dryer repair and put in my zip code. This service was affordable, operated within the timing parameters I needed and responded quickly. Their booking system was the best part. Tech was professional. I heard a scraping noise come from the dryer as the drum turned. It was a coin stuck. The tech quickly fixed the problem and only charged me the trip charge.
