Pavel arrived early and was very friendly and transparent he ordered the part needed and came back early Again the very next day and fixed the problem in less than an hour! No hidden fees and my diagnosis charge went towards my service total. I was so happy with the service I became a member, in the event that I experience any future home warranty issues. Appliance repair is never expected but my dryer broke on a holiday and I thought I would have to wait several days before I could get it repaired. I was pleased to get Reginald on the same day. He was earlier than expected. He was thorough. Explained what was wrong and handled everything at an affordable rate. Excellent service. I will call again.
