I had to give 1 star, otherwise I could not have placed a review. Please do not order gigantic plastic shoes, no one on this already polluted planet needs. We have ordered them for my daughter, they were way too big, we had to produce and send multiple photos to prove that they were not fitting at all, although we measured the feet correctly as instructed on the website, and did everything they told us to do. The outcome was, that they told us that the sizes vary, and that their policy does not include refund, exchange or any other policy that would satisfy a customer. They just work into their own pocket, no matter what. Please do not get tempted by the cute look of the shoes, they are uncomfortable and do NOT FIT!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMETHING BETTER. After the company replied l am even more upset. I did reach out to you, and submitted all photos and whatever prove you wanted by sending you multiple emails. And now you write that you are happy to help if I just explained what is wrong. Are you serious?

I bought my slippers in early january, but they never arrived. They were shipped to somewhere halfway around the world. Customer Service says I entered the wrong address (which I did. not, of course. I didn‘t even know the town my slippers were sent to). Also, they won‘t offer me a refund, as refunds are only accepted under certain circumstances. But surely, everybody is very sorry. Never again, just opened a Paypal-case.

Either the site is a scam or the shipping company is so poorly run it may as well be. I also did not receive my slippers. Ordered in November, they were supposed to arrive in early December. The shipping company said they were returned to the sender. The tracking details clearly say that the package was not delivered. In several email exchanges with the company they double checked my address (which was correct) and then told me the slippers would be resent once they arrive back at their warehouse. It's now been five more weeks. They will not issue a refund.

I proof my product was defective. You state on your policies that you will cover damaged goods or not as described, therefore, where is my refund. You are ignoring my emails!

What you see in their thumbnails and pictures is not what you get. These are the cheapest slippers I’ve ever had, terrible quality, and way overpriced. Not worth it, 0/10.

paid but not received, very poor correspondence . These were a present for Christmas which is a shame they are fast to take the order and money and not back it up with any sort of service. will never use again Whilst they are quick to respond on here asking me to email them, I have e mailed several times and nothing was resolved! The product has arrived finally, I wouldnt say the quality was great at all. So still would not use them again.

I did not receive my package and the email said it has been delivered. I was at home the entire time and would've known if someone came to the door. My order number is #66007. I know I'm not the first person to experience this. I would like this issue resolved or a full refund of 6 slippers in total. This is yunexpress delivery. Update Dec 30. Definitely a scam. DO NOT BUY! Not worth it. very difficult to get a refund. Tells me to contact the the delivery company and its very difficult for them to get a hold of them. Sounds very convenient that you cant get a hold of them. It's not my job to go searching for my package in my neighbor or call the delivery company. What a joke. It's money down the drain. I hope this review helps people not become prey to this and support legitimate companies that will actually deliver what you paid for.

Deserving of one star. I bought a pair of baby blue sharks for my daughter's 10th Birthday. Two months later, the paint is wearing off and she loses one of the fins. I contacted customer service explaining the situation. Their response was essentially, "sorry you're unsatisfied with your purchase and for the loss of the fin but here, you can buy new fins or new slippers". I'm sorry, but why would I buy anything from your business again, especially if there's a likelihood the fins will just fall off from walking and the paint just wears right off. I offered a compromise of just sending us a replacement fin and was told no. Long story short, customer service is crap & these are not "quality" slippers as advertised.
