I was sure I ordered womens size and apparently i hit the wrong button and ordered kids size so be very careful when ordering. Also, they do not offer free returns and offered me a 50% discount on a new pair since it would be cheaper than paying to ship it back which would make me more in the hole $$ wise. Would not recommend.

Placed an order before Thanksgiving that I am yet to see. Support was absolutely no help at all. Do not waste your time nor money on hello slippers.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. According to the information provided by USPS, your order was delivered to the front door or porch in mid-December. We recommend contacting USPS directly for further assistance.

Don't order from them. I bought two pairs of slipper for the same person (EU 40) - 1st pair fit (EU 40-41) but 2nd pair was too small even though the description said it was a bigger size (EU 41-42). Have spent a week emailing back and forth with their customer service but they won't replace the slippers and will only refund if I pay to ship them back to China, which is half my refund anyway.

DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from them. No returns or exchanges, customer service is useless. My shoe had a mark on it and they won't refund or exchange. Bad service and products are poor quality.

Item claims to ship out in 7-14 days and I ordered A MONTH before Christmas. Needless to say, it arrived AFTER Christmas. The item claims to ship from within the states but it actually comes from China - this information isn't disclosed to you in your tracking information. You can find shoes just like this on other sites for a fraction of the price with way faster shipping. Do not buy from them if you're expecting it to arrive in a timely manner.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay. While our standard delivery time for items within the United States is typically 7-14 days, the increased shipping demand during Black Friday led to delays for certain packages, exceeding the anticipated timeframe. It's important to note that our shoes differ significantly from those on other sites, as we possess the patent and oversee the manufacturing process to ensure they meet high-quality standards.

Ordered on 11.23.23 and as of this moment, 28 days later, still haven't received anything. Customer service says 11 to 14 days. They ship out of China but don't disclose this in any of the tracking information... simply saying awaiting pick up in Jamaica Bay, NY, giving you the impression it's shipping from the the US. It may be a great product but the unclear and slow shipping make it impossible for me to know. If you order allow months for delivery. If you can't wait, don't order. Update: they will not refund until the order hasn't been delivered for 3 months. Do NOT do business with them.

We regret any inconvenience caused by the delay. Although our usual delivery timeframe for items within the United States is 7-14 days, the heightened shipping demand during Black Friday resulted in delays for specific packages, surpassing the expected schedule. If a package is lost in transit and not reported as delivered within 45 days, we will promptly issue a full refund.
