The products (3 pairs of slippers) are amazing and high quality. But I gave 4 stars because of the shipping... for the price of the product I would have thought it would be faster than actually was. Almost one month to arrive is quite excessive. In despite of that, i would highly recommend HelloSlippers.

They're comfortable, novelty slippers! The glow on the anglerfish really pops! And I can show off my toenail polish through the fish's mouth. =) I definitely think it's worth it to get the Pro model for the comfort. The Pro model is easier to walk in for my long, narrow feet. There is a small arch in the Pro model, but not too much for my flat feet. If you have a wider foot, the standard model with the footbed designed like a traditional slide may be more appealing. The material is similar to Crocs. The site is easy to navigate, with in stock ready to ship items clearly marked. Out of stock items had estimated dates for restocking. Payment was easy, PayPal was an option which I used, and the shipping from a foreign country didn't take too long. (I think the items even arrived a few days earlier than the estimate, and weren't too difficult to track.) My only complaint is with the packaging. The Pro slippers were in a box that didn't hold up too well during transit. The box was placed in an opaque plastic shipping bag, and all items were still in their bags. The regular slippers were still in their bags, no box, and the opaque plastic shipping bag was damaged in transit. Fortunately the tear in the bag, while big enough to see the slippers, was too small for a slipper to escape. The separate bag for the anglerfish attachments were taped to the slippers. (I do wish half stars were an option here, because that foresight from the warehouse ensured everything arrived.) The slippers themselves are durable, and didn't have any damage.

I ordered 4 pairs of slippers as Christmas presents. I was a little worried because this company uses Lasership in my area for US shipping. All orders arrived. One pair of slippers arrived with a torn product bag and the outer bag looked taped, but the actual slippers appear undamaged. I took 1 star off because the slippers could have been packed better. There was absolutely no packing materials other than a flat outer bag. The shark fins dent easily, so they looked a little mushed. Still cute slippers, a little pricey for the quality, but honestly no regrets on this purchase.

The slippers I ordered are so adorable! It took them about 3 weeks to arrive (Australia). I ordered a size up from what I would usually get and they fit very snug, I probably could have gone up another size. They're nice and spongey and comfortable. Overall, I really like them. I was happy with the overall experience and I will be buying more from Hello Slippers.

I ordered 5 pairs of slippers on August 8th and received them on August 20th. When I initially placed the order, I had chosen the size of the shoe for my first pair, which was auto-selected for my next pairs after that first one. I didn't realize until after I placed the order that I never chose the size for any of the 4 other pairs. I had to reach out to customer service through email after finding that there is no number to call or option to cancel or edit the order. I sent an email to support at 2PM on the same day and received a response at 7PM that day as well. I let them know the sizes I needed and the order was updated with no issues. I have two complaints for this company. First is that, when adding the shoes to the cart, there needs to be a requirement to choose the size of the shoe. Second is that there is at least an option to change or edit the order even if it's within a 30 minute time frame after the order is placed. Awesome customer service/response time, shoes arrived timely, and the quality has been great so far!
