Hi Hedda, we are very sorry for your experience. After investigating your order, it seems the package was marked as picked up from our warehouse, but that the courier did not update the tracking details so package was deemed lost in transit. A reshipment was offered and declined on your end. However, we are glad we were able resolve this issue with a full refund. Once again, we apologize for this experience.

Hello Jack, it is noted that your order destination is Australia. As per the shipping timelines stated on our website, International (non-US) orders are estimated to take between 7-14 business days. We see that your order has been delivered as of Dec 9th, right at the 14th business day mark. Please do feel free to reach out to our customer support team if you require any further assistance!

Hello Roxanne, we do sincerely apologize for your experience with our devices. We would like to note that it is clear in our marketing, product pages, and packaging that an additional SmartBridge is required for the additional functions. Without the SmartBridge, the SmartShade will simply motorize the window shade, and can be controlled via the smartphone app. Our customer support did offer to provide personalized technical support to walk you through the installation process. However, it is noted that you declined the support and insisted that you would return the product if we did not provide you with an additional free device. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to send out a free SmartBridge. Therefore, we look forward to processing your return.

Hello Jim, we are sorry that the RYSE system did not work out for you. We are more than happy to book a one-on-one consultation to help you set up the SmartShades optimally, as the situation you described is not typical of the setup and indicates an error in calibration or that the SmartShade was not installed taut enough. However, it seems you have already initiated a return request with our customer support team and indicated that you will be filing a chargeback with AMEX and refusing the charges if we do not process a return. Do note that at the moment we are waiting on your response in order to issue your return label as soon as possible. Once we receive the returned products, your return will be issued to your method of payment within 5 business days! Thank you!
