Our experience with the platform was ok, besides some errors in the prenup template ( inconsistent paragraph numbers, punctuation errors etc). Putting it as three stars for the user experience because we still had to hire attorney to review the template due to the state requirements and make updates which cost us a lot of money and nerves. Attorney was listed on helloprenup’s recommended attorney list. If attorney wasn’t recommended by hello prenup, I’d have given it a higher rating.

We use Prenup service and we were very happy with the experience. They guide you through the process and give you a lot of information about what it is important in Prenup document. It was easy to finalized compare with other options. I only hope that if we need to use the document one day it could be valid.

I noticed that I can not protected myself with a prenupt! Do not have any clause that protect me as a house mom for cheating for example.
Response from HelloPrenup - Online Prenuptial AgreementsMay 3, 2023
Hi Mikaela-- Thank you for sharing your experience using our platform! We offer an Infidelity Clause a.k.a. "cheating clause." You can opt-in to this clause inside of our lifestyle clauses section. We also offer a Lump Sum clause which allows one Party to transfer funds to the other Party if you're married for a certain period of time. This kind of clause could help level the financial playing fields if, for example, you take time off from work to take care of the kiddos! If it is past your marriage date (and you have already signed your prenup), you may consider amending your prenup document with these specifications. Please send us a message if you need any assistance at [email protected]. You can read more about our prenup clauses here: https://helloprenup.com/prenup-clauses/

It was quick, straight forward and got us to the place we need to be before our marriage. You need to do a little research about your own state laws, but that comes with the territory if you're considering a prenup. Rating 5 stars.
