Easy and quick
Quick and easy. If you have straight forward finances this option is cost effective and simple. Can purchase more to gain more peace of mind.

Great Customer Service
Happy with the prompt customer service that was provided. Although we decided to back out of HelloPrenup due to some case specific and personal circumstances, customer service was attentive and prompt. We got a refund without a hassle. We were just in the early stages of the process, so I can't comment on how it is later on.

Feedback
For someone as me who does not have experience on this process I consider it was very helpful. Something I would provide feedback is the fact that for people is not located in the USA yet, making regular calls does not work, it should be better to define if the call is better through zoom/google meets, also there are people who does not speak English perfectly well and this can cause issues, my mother tongue is Spanish and did my best to comprehend the whole process but I requested to have a Spanish speaker with the attorney and did not happen. It would be nice to add these 2 questions on the form.

Prenup was good, signing was terrible.
Prenup and site were great. Signing was horrible as it kept freezing or audio dropped out and we had to continually reconnect.

Easy to use, though wish it was more transparent upfront
The process was easy, though I wish it was a bit more transparent upfront. It wasn’t necessarily clear what you were paying for before you paid, but the process was easy. I thought the cost included a review by an attorney, but found out at the very end that the review would be an extra cost. Wish it was more transparent from the start.
