Very bad experience
I did not receive my stuff and the USPS said it is undeliverable and I can not get my stuff or return it or get a refund I can not talk to a person on USPS customer service It is always a machine And you are not helping I said bad and you put it as great morons

I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to get in contact with USPS for more information about your package. I do hope that you understand that your frustrations appear to be directed at USPS and not Hellolife directly as we are not the carrier or delivery service. When I search the tracking number for your order, which was provided by USPS, it only states "undeliverable as addressed". When this happens, that would mean that the package will be returned to sender, Hellolife. We would be happy to notify you via email once the package arrives to discuss our options at that point. If you are anticipating a cancellation, that would be an option, however that can only be processed after the package is received by Hellolife.

First and last review for me
Have always been happy with ; the product, the web site and the delivery time. Cost of each purchase is an issue but living in Australia comes with it's costs.

Useles for Trigeminal Neuralgia
Bought it to deal with Trigeminal Neuralgia pain, but it's almost useless: feeling slight (20%) relief for just a couple of hours, if at all.

Want to return product-have to wait 30 Days
Very frustrated that I have to wait 30 days to return a product I will not be using!

Neuroveen is working great!!!
I've been using your product for a little over a week now, and it has been performing wonderfully. It does exactly what you say it will do, and that's all I can expect. I would recommend this product to anyone who is suffering from the same type of nerve problems I have. I would wake up in excruciating pain whenever I slept on my back, my leg would be numb in the thigh, and when I moved it, sharp needle like pain would shoot up my leg to my hip area. While following the directions for taking your product, I haven't had any of those problems. It truly is a miracle drug for nerve pain and in my opinion, is better than an orthopedic surgeon.
