I am sorry to hear that you have not found any relief from our product. I am curious how the product is being taken as well. Are you taking the product twice daily? Have you been taking the product on an empty stomach or with food? We would be happy to help you with any dosing questions or product use. Please feel free to contact our call center directly if you have any questions or concerns. Also, after reviewing your order information, the time between your first order and the second was only 8 days. With homeopathy, it can take time to build up in the system before the body will begin responding effectively to the dosing. For most customers, it has been between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before they began feeling any relief. I am wondering as well, if you went through product that quickly, you may not have been taking is as directed. So again, please feel free to contact our call center with any questions.

I am sorry to see that you have not yet felt any relief. After looking into your order information, I do see that you have just recently received your product. With homeopathic medicine, it can take a little time to build up in the system before the body will begin responding effectively. I do encourage you to give the product at least a full 30 days, and continue to take as directed, 1 ml twice daily. If after the completion of the bottle you are still not satisfied, please feel free to contact our call center directly.

I have been checking in on this package for you. According to the tracking number provided by USPS, your package is currently being processed in customs. You would have received an email notification with the tracking number as well. If not, I would be happy to provided that information again to you. I do apologize for the delay. With international shipments, delivery time can vary depending on processing time through customs.

We are sorry to hear that your son is feeling restless in bed, but it can take a few weeks to the first 30 days of trying Synaptol to see any effect. Looking at your order it shows you ordered it on October 9th 2015.
