So I've switched all my pool and spa product ordering to pool geek. I used to try to order from the local retail store when they had their annual spring sale. However for some reason they don't want my $1,100 in the spring anymore. Pool geek seems to have the cheapest prices, or at least equal to everyone else's prices, at all times. All products come packaged well enough to survive the trip with no breakage. I've now placed multiple orders with them and have had zero issues. Every once in awhile they even call to follow up and see if there's anything they could be doing better. During that call there's no Hard Sell to buy more products. It seems to be I have found a company that simply knows what customer service is and has decided to be the best at it. They have a huge breadth of products and certainly cover all of my needs. Hopefully they cover your needs as well. This company is a very high recommend.

By mistake, I ordered spa products that were not compatible with our spa and PoolGeek was gracious enough to take them back without question. They were very helpful and understanding. I highly recommend this company for their fast response, integrity and quality of product line.

What an easy way to get hard to find pool supplies. We live in a rural area with limited options for most things. The single pool store in the area never stocks much, and is very expensive. Amazon has off brand stuff that I don't trust. And it's 2+ hours to metro area with a selection. Enter: poolgeek.com. Not only did they have everything I needed, but I found additional products by the company I like that I didn't even know existed. They beat their own shipping date by a day and beat the other retailers by a good 30% or more. Made me a customer overnight. Thanks!

BEST prices on BAQUACIL I have found!! Ordered 3 different items and they all came as expected. Well almost that is. One of the boxes had most of the bottles upside down but I am sure that happened during shipping. This caused 2 of the bottles to leak. I sent them pictures of the issue and within 2 days, I had the replacements at no extra charge.

Staff were very helpful and I got a product that help remove algae from my pool. Shipping the product was faster then expected.

I had to order shock online because of the shortage. Pool geek was amazing!!! Great customer service and fast shipping. Would do business again with them.
