The first ingredient aconitum ferox is the most poisonous plant on earth! Yikes!! Why is this necessary?? I am a grown woman and I tried HALF the dose recommended for a 5 year old and right away I felt nauseous. Followed by blurred/ double vision, and my lips and tongue went numb! I was so terrified I called poison control. There is NO antidote for this poisonous plant! What if someone is allergic, has heart problems, or is on medication that synergistically causes their heart to stop!?!? No way will I risk giving this to my busy kindergartner. We will continue with our meditation and yoga practices .... And now I'm out almost $20 because shipping is not refundable :( Thanks for Scaring me half to death and costing me $$ UGH!

Hellolife does formulate our products to first and foremost safe and have registered our product combination with FDA, who recognize our ingredients to have the indications listed on our website. Every ingredient used are included in very trace amounts, not in amounts to be harmful. I am terribly sorry to hear that you had such a reaction to our product. I do show that an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number has been issued for a refund of the product price. I am however referring this to our quality control team as well to follow up with you via telephone.

After checking your order information, I do show that you have just received you product on the 28th of May. With having only used the product for a few days, you may not feel relief from symptoms right away. With homeopathics, it can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks for a person to begin feeling an effective response, and that is with taking the product every day, twice daily. Have you been sticking with the recommended dosing? Have you discontinued other medications abruptly to start our product? Have you been mixing this with water or dispensing directly into the mouth? Are you taking the product at the same time as other supplements? Also, because it is a homeopathic, we do encourage our customers to give the product a full 30 days (taking 1 ml twice daily). As stated in the insert, you may increase the dosing up to three times daily if symptoms are severe to start. Please contact our call center should you have any other questions or concerns either by telephone or via email.

I tried this the first day I got it and saw instant relief. It has helped me cope with my OCD tremendously. It did tend to wear off for me though. After a week or two of using it my body seems to have gotten used to the dosage so I had to up that but otherwise it works just like they say!
