Delivery of Synaptol
I have yet to receive the package from HelloLife . Since Singapore is not an approved destination , I have given a Hong Kong address . However my HK contact still has not received it yet.

I do apologize for the delay in shipping. However, after looking into your account information, I see that you have selected our saver shipping. On this shipping method, USPS does quote us with a longer delivery time, which can be between 2-3 weeks, or depending on how long it takes for customs processing. I do see that the package is still in transit. Please feel free to contact our call center if you do not receive your package with in the next week or so.

Haven't seen any improvement with Synaptol
My son is almost 7 and has inattentive ADHD. He is not hyperactive. I have not seen any improvement in attentiveness but he was restless in bed while trying to fall asleep, which is not usually the case.

We are sorry to hear that your son is feeling restless in bed, but it can take a few weeks to the first 30 days of trying Synaptol to see any effect. Looking at your order it shows you ordered it on October 9th 2015. We recommend that you give the product a couple more weeks to see if it can help your son after 30 days of trying it. -HelloLife Team

Shipping Charges
I do like the product Synaptol. Your site is easy to get through. I just seams to me the shipping charges to Canada plus the exchange rate are just too much. I feel like I am being way overcharged. This is not a complaint just an observation. It would be nice if once a year your company would offer free shipping to Canada or some other discount. I am currently seeking out a homeopathic doctor here where I can get something like Synaptol.
