Disappointed
Recently my daughter was diagnosed with inattentive ADHD. So now I am on a mission to find some relief. We received the product very quickly but unfortunately it has made her very hyper and more anxious. Therefore we are returning the product, fingers crossed on the 60 day money back guarantee.

I am sorry to see that our product has not worked out for you. I have reviewed your order information and I do not see that we have issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the return of product. Please contact our call center directly so that we can make sure everything has been taken care of as soon as possible. You may even request an RMA number through email if that would be easier as well. Wish you all the best and I do hope that you are able to find a product that will help relieve her symptoms.

Lack of response to Neuroveen's success rate
I have asked several times about Neuroveen's success on relieving the symptoms of spinal stenosis and typically when I should start getting relief; never heard back - delivery was very timely and complete

I do apologize for the delay in response via email. With any product, results will vary, this does apply to relief time as well. I can not speak to spinal stenosis directly, as I have had a customer with this condition specifically that would give us an idea on symptom relief unfortunately. This product has been beneficial for many customers ranging in symptoms and severity of those symptoms. The most we can say as far as timing for relief, is with in 30 days with regular use. However, what may work for one person, may not work or work the same for another. This would be true with any product, natural or pharmaceutical. Hello Life is great!!!
