We do apologize for any confusion or delay in shipping. Your order does confirm that you had selected our standard shipping, which is 3-5 business days. According to the tracking number, the package shipped out on the 6th and was delivered on the 11th, which would have been the 5th business day. It does also look like there was a holiday, so that may have cause a short delay through USPS. Again, we do apologize for any delay in shipping. We are terribly sorry about any shipping delays. According to the tracking number, the package is currently waiting for clearance in the customs department in your country. Typically, with international orders, the delivery time is estimated between 14-20 business days, or depending on how long it takes to process through customs. We were able to confirm that the customs clearance processing has recently been completed, and should be getting sorted for delivery shortly.
