I cannot say enough great things about Charles Wade, my nurse practitioner. From the very first visit, he has been incredibly kind, understanding, and completely non-judgmental. Dealing with anxiety can be overwhelming, but Charles took the time to truly listen to my concerns and needs. He carefully prescribed the right treatment for me, and in such a short time, I’ve already experienced a life-changing difference. I’m so grateful that I stumbled across his practice online—it was the best decision I could have made for my mental health. Thanks to his compassionate care and expertise, I finally feel hopeful about the future. I've been a patient of Dr Kauk for a year + now. These guys are flat out amazing. Dr Kauk has been nothing short of a miracle worker. From medication adjustmentments (reasonable asks), to appointment flexibility, to quick and most times after hours communication if needed, and I'm not going broke to get care. I'm without insurance so...says a lot. Needless to say, I can confidently say that Klarity and Dr Kauk have played a major support role in my sobriety. Thank you so much!

Dr Charles Wade is one of the best Drs I have ever had. That is saying a lot as I have only found three good Drs in my lifetime Including Mr. Wade. He is very knowledgeable and extremely understanding. He displays excellence in his professionalism and patient care. He genuinely cares about what you have to say and what you say you need. I highly recommend him for any of your care needs which also includes anxiety and ADHD management. You won't be disappointed. I have been seeing him a few months now and will continue.

Klarity is a joke any negative feedback back they , flag well klarity now your under investigation for fraud and now not only that ill be contacting ice and the medical board this place needs shut down indefinitely, go look at all the negative reviews all the same mis diagnosed won't honor another diagnosis from another doctor can't write stimulant rx listen to me again KLARITY CANNOT PRESCRIBE STIMULANTS....
