This is the biggest scam I’ve ever…
This is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen. I tried to sign up for their services and had to put in my information before I could even proceed. I’m talking health information, insurance information, and a payment method. Then I get a text message to confirm all of this with a link that says I have to click it to proceed and it makes me put all the information again. Little while later, I get an email from the doctor supposedly and he asked me for my information one more time. I am now to the day before my appointment and the doctor has reached out via text message and told me that I have to fill out all the intake forms and that the ones that klarity provides are not necessary, but I have to fill out his. I told him that that doesn’t seem very right and then I thought it was a scam and then I would like to cancel my appointment. I then start receiving notifications that they’ve tried to charge my credit card $120 for an appointment that I have yet to have and have canceled. I noticed that they have gone through my card and tried lower amounts to try to get every bit of money off of my card that they could. I replied to the “doctor “and told him that I did not receive my money back immediately I will be filing charges. Guys, if you’re looking for legitimate help go to a legitimate doctor. These people are scammers and they will steal your money and give you nothing. Oh, and by the way, most pharmacies will not recognize a prescription for a telehealth doctor, that’s if you even get it to begin with

Mandy, we're sorry for the frustration caused by repeated intake requests and the payment attempts you described after canceling. That is not the clear, straightforward experience we want anyone to have with Klarity. We'd like our support team to review the intake process, cancellation, and billing concerns with you. To protect your privacy, please contact [email protected] or reach out through your patient portal so we can look into the details and help resolve this.
