Appointments on Sunday. Karen is an active listener and gives positive feedback.

Dr. Sneh couldn't have been more understanding of my situation. We spoke about what I was looking for and he gave me some options to try. Truly, he's been fantastic as we continue to work through it. I highly recommend him.

Had an appointment at 1130 today..Noone messaged to cancel or tell me it was no longer available. I had1 invoice due that I was paying today. I waited in the waiting room a half hour, sent messages in chat and they deleted them all and then removed my appointment from today and left me with noway to contact them or get refills on mental health meds. Worst online mental health company ever! No phone call, no message Nothing. Wtf is wrong with you people People are suffering and this is how you treat them. Im surprised you dont have a million suicides on your hands. Worthless company, rude providers, who gaslite you and now im stuck again with no meds. I'd give negative stars if I could. Don't use this company. They are horrible with no communication and act like they dont give a crap about what you're going through.

We are deeply sorry to hear about this experience, and we understand how distressing it must be — especially when you're relying on your provider for essential mental health medication. What you've described regarding the missed appointment, lack of notification, and difficulty reaching your care team is unacceptable, and it does not reflect the level of care and communication Klarity is committed to providing. While providers on our platform manage their own appointments and clinical decisions independently, we take responsibility for ensuring our patients have reliable access to care and clear communication channels. Your well-being is our top priority, and we want to help resolve this as quickly as possible. To protect your privacy and address the specifics of your situation — including helping you with medication continuity and connecting you with a responsive provider — please reach out to us directly through your patient portal or email [email protected]. Our patient support team is ready to assist you right away. You deserve better, and we're here to make it right.

Klarity has been one of the most frustrating platforms I’ve dealt with. During the hiring process, they assured providers that they wouldn’t charge for no-shows. That was a lie. Now, they expect providers to fill out a lengthy dispute form for every missed appointment; a form that takes 3–4 weeks to process. Tracking every patient no-show is nearly impossible, especially when patients are booking independently without proper confirmation. I even asked if we could be billed weekly or monthly to make it easier to manage, but that was ignored. Instead, you're charged $80 per booked appointment, regardless of whether the patient shows up or not. Honestly, I thought Zocdoc had issues, but Klarity is on another level of bad. Poor communication, broken promises, and an inefficient dispute system make this platform a nightmare for providers. Avoid if you value your time and sanity. Here's a sample of the dispute form: 1. Patient was not reachable: Attach proof of contact attempts, such as call logs, messages, or voicemails. 2. Patient double-booked or booked same day: Provide documentation of both bookings and note any readiness or timing conflict. 3. Outside scope of your practice: Share an intake form or patient message showing a condition, age, or request that falls outside your clinical scope. 4. Inability to fulfill patient medication requests: (e.g., unable to prescribe controlled substances, etc.) Confirm clinical inappropriateness or prescribing limitations. Upload visit notes or communication. 5. Provider availability conflict: If the platform allowed a booking outside your listed availability, upload a screenshot or brief explanation. 6: Verification – Patient Insurance Not In-Network: Select this if the patient claimed their insurance was accepted, but it was later verified as out-of-network. Please upload any verification attempts, patient-provided documents, or proof of out-of-network status. 7. Insurance not accepted 8. Other (please explain): Briefly describe the reason and include all relevant supporting documents.

The physician was awesome. However Klairty misleads people about prescribing ADHD Medication. They won’t give / offer effective medications. Waste of money and time.

Hello, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Klarity is a platform that connects patients with independent providers. Ultimately, the provider (not Klarity) prescribes medications based on patients needs. Klarity is not a health clinic. However, we take all feedback seriously & strive to ensure a positive and professional experience for everyone using our platform. If you’d like us to look into this further, please reach out to [email protected] so we can assist you directly. Your concerns are important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address them. -Klarity Health Team
