As a therapist and prospective client avoid at all cost.
My experience was terrible. I waited on hold for an hour only to have a clinician no show. I paid up front and when it was determined by my personal medical staff that it was not clinically appropriate I did not get a refund. They advertise good clinical care but they actually are more concerned with profits than patients. I am a therapist and will ensure none of my patients are referred here as well as hundreds of my colleagues I will let know not to refer. They have competition and made a mistake treating me this way.
