Hi Miguel! Hannah with the Hello Divorce Customer Service Team here. We are so sorry about that. Our team member had to cancel due to a family emergency and wasn't as quick to follow up as a result. I know receiving an email just before your call is really off-putting and I wish we would have handled it differently.
