I have been using Bonsai for more than two years and I cannot be happier and more satisfied with their service, support, and platform. They are continuously adding new features and updates to their platform, making tasks easier to perform and tracking your customers. They are continuously making the platform better and adding new features that are requested by their customers and the customer's needs. They have a section on their website for customer suggestions and they actually respond and follow up with their customers. Switching to Bonsai has probably been one of the best business decisions I have made. Their customer support team is amazing and their platform is user-friendly and has everything a small to medium-sized business needs. I highly recommend giving Bonsai a try, I promise you will not be disappointed.

I love this platform!! The functionality is great and the user dashboard is easy to navigate. Highly recommend to all freelancers. I also wanted to highlight the customer support staff, as I recently had an issue and they were super understanding and worked with me. Can't say enough good things, so check them out for yourself!

Bonsai saved my sanity! As a freelance, I try to automate as much as I possibly can for my clients, but I wasn't implementing that advice in my own business. Bonsai made an indescribable difference for me as a business owner. It allowed to me to create proposals and contracts (which my previous platform did not) and saved me tons of time with their automation and auto-bill features. GAMECHANGER!!

We have been using Bonsai for our management for the last year and we are ecstatic about the developmental changes that increasingly make the software a winner for us! The tax aspect of the software helps us to keep track of what we need to pay without have a huge recon task at the end of each quarter.

Bonsai is brilliant. I've been using PayPal for about 20 years, and slowly but surely, it has become increasingly outdated and frustrating when trying to scale it with a business. On the other hand, Bonsai is very user-friendly, has powerful features that are very simple to get behind, and it really helps close a lot of the gaps that we were feeling with PayPal. I absolutely love the virtual envelopes, the automation, the simplicity in proposals, creating subscriptions for clients, and on and on. As I said, Bonsai is brilliant. The customer service has been top-notch and I couldn't be more thrilled than I already am. Give them a shot. You won't regret it.

As a user for almost 2 years, Bonsai just keeps getting better. Abou 3 months into using I switched to the paid option , as it really helped me run my studio seamlessly. The white labeling and additional assets have consistently impressed my clients through the process.
