BonsaiReviews of hellobonsai.com

Intuitive to use, easy to manage, and easy to understand. Bonsai is clear-cut and straight forward and takes much of the guessing work out of creating essential business documents. We also love the form feature, it's an easy way to get information from multiple customers we need often.

Absolutely LOVE having all my admin stuff in one place. Proposals, contracts, invoices, client CRM, checking account, taxes, accounting..... I could keep going. I'm a big believer in keeping things simple in all aspects of my life and Bonsai helps me do that with my freelance business!

I switched to Bonsai from Fiverr and don't regret it for a minute. Great tool for freelancers and they seem to add features that are game changers for us...such as the new Scheduling feature...love it!

I've used Bonsai for over 3 years to run my freelancing business, and it's been a huge help! I use it for all my contracts, invoices, time-tracking, and even accounting and taxes. I love how easy it is to run my business with Bonsai and how they are always making improvements to the software to make it even better.

Best Solution for Agency Proposals, Contracts, and Invoices. We run our entire agency on hello bonsai. It offers good baseline templates for all of our needs and we can customize and build our own contract templates as we expand. Great customer support is the cherry on top.

Bonsai is so easy to use and helps me keep my business looking professional. It makes it so easy for my clients to sign contracts and pay invoices, and gives me good records of everything. And if that wasn't enough, their customer support team is awesome! They're responsive and listen to what their users need, they're quick to reply if you have an issue, and so patient and helpful. Wouldn't use any other payment platform!

The Bonsai interface is really intuitive and easy to understand quickly and use as your business grows. The support team has created a lot of documentation so you can answer questions on your own but are also supportive whenever you need to chat with them. They also roll out new features regularly that are responsive to our developing needs as business owners. I recommend Bonsai to fellow entrepreneurs OFTEN!

As a small business owner, I love how Bonsai is so focused on relatively inexperienced individuals and making the product so smooth/inclusive to help me with various tasks. With business checking account, invoice tool, expense management, and many more in one place, I'm saving so much time & effort to focus on what I do the best. Keep at it Bonsai team!
