Alpha Medical is like any other business that has been overwhelmed with an influx of customers. I am one of the ones that got lost in the revisit and messages but eventually they secured my prescription and I survived. Even though I did my revisit early and was still two days late getting my refill, I still got it. I don't have a terminal illness and a little patience goes a long way. I trust they are working to staff for the increase in customers. I can't complain with 30lbs gone since September 4, 22:)

***UPDATE: I received a very quick notification from Alpha explaining that they have been overwhelmed, and are not accepting new patients until their existing patients are taken care of. I appreciate their quick response. I also received an explanation of charges to my card, but I still have questions about that. I will deal with that later. They have asked for a 7 day turn around on refill request.*** My card on file has been charged twice, and I have yet to receive a refill on my Mounjaro. I don't know how this program is supposed to help if I can't get my meds on time. I'm so very disappointed, because this is actually working. I'm at a loss for what to do. They do not answer their messages, but they are very quick to charge my credit card.

*** They’ve responded apologized and sent in my script, the wait was unusually long but they did correct. Raising my score *** I submitted a return visit on October 25th, it’s 6 days without a response. I’ve also sent messages without an answer. I’ve always had a great experience until now. All I need is a refill of my medication sent in. My medication has to be ordered so now if it ever gets sent in I will be off track or I will lose my money I spent on a return visit and not get the needed medication. Extremely disappointed.

After some back and forth messages due to some side effects I was having and asking for a lower dose Alpha came through for me. Today they were very responsive and I received messages from the PA and the RN helping me with my issues. Initial visits ARE taking longer than usual, but they did mention for weight loss they respond within 5 days, which they did in 4 (I had miscalculated.) I can only suggest to start your visit early so you are not late on your dose and it should work out. I am happy and will continue my care with Alpha. Thank you!

UPDATE; This issue has been resolved. I will continue business with Alpha Medical…praying this won’t happen again First visit was great 2nd visit a disaster. I had virtual appt 1 week ago and nothing back. My act was charged and I can’t get a response. I am trying not to go to better business bureau. Alpha needs to make this right Give me my money back or call in the prescription. I been out meds for 1 week and nothing from Alpha. This should be unlawful.

UPDATE-Alpha reached out to me immediately to correct this issue and the customer service has been awesome in response time since. Alpha is a legit service however the demand they are receiving with people wanting weight loss medication is through the roof. Patience does pay off and know that this company is doing everything they can to improve everyone’s experience! I submitted my information, lab work and $35 six days ago. I was told I would hear from someone within 72 hours as of Monday October 24th I have heard nothing. I sent a message in my Alpha Medical account and received no communication back. My medication will run out on Wednesday this week, this is very disturbing to say the least.

I submitted my info for my telehealth visit on Monday 10/17/22. I am still currently waiting on a response from a provider. I friend of mine also submitted her info the same day and received her response and rx the next day. I have only heard good things about this telehealth service, but have yet to hear back from them. Edit: they have since responded and rx has been sent in! Thanks!

Very good services offered and professional help provided. Only issue I have had is when my prescription expires, website becomes difficult to navigate for setting a new appointment.
