I guess I have to resort to getting some attention here too. I have been sending messages to Alpha Medical for at least 4 days now with no response. My pharmacy hasn't been able to get their attention either. My prescription has ended and Alpha Medical has not sent over my new one yet, in fact one of the Doctors sent over a denial to my pharmacy after another doctor said they would send it right away. I know there is many people out there looking for the same thing I am, just common courtesy. If you are advertising good service, I expect it. I can even deal with the 72 hour wait if you would just follow up with what you say your going to do. Please if it's not too much of a bother, answer my messages!!

I switched from Push to Alpha for my Mounjaro Rx a couple months. I heard that that Alpha was quick and more affordable. Well the first month they were great and quick to respond. This month not so much. I paid the $35 for my visit on 10/11/22 and still no response from the dr on my refill. Not sure how you can take someone’s money but not provide a service in a timely manner. So how do I get my meds so that I’m not late taking my injection? Do I have to take my complaint to social platforms to get what I paid for? Those social platforms are how you guys became so popular. I’m sure people will start going elsewhere once they hear that you take everyone’s money but don’t provide a service to them. If you reach out to me and make this right or explain why I’ve had to wait so long I will be glad to remove my review but at this point I feel that everyone needs to know before handing you their money and business. Update: Shortly after posting this review my dr responded with my Rx. Not sure if that was a coincidence or not.

I got prescribed Mounjaro have reached out to the support team no one has responded concerning my prescription on file. Even went smooth in the beginning having hope I can get my prescription at the pharmacy.

Got my first order with no issues early September, still waiting on my monthly package even after getting my period. Still optimistic that I will receive it, just have not heard anything.

Process was very easy, but shipping was delayed. Took almost 2 weeks to get a prescription.

UPDATE: I was contacted immediately by Alpha and they issued me a $10 credit. They stated they had now put my request in the prior authorization queue. I have no clue if I’m in the queue or not. There is no continuity in the messaging, no status updates, and you can’t just reply to the messaging asking for an update. They say response time is 72 hours but it’s way more than that, if at all. Busy or not, this isn’t how you run a business. Very frustrating. I feel I’m just going around in circles and am about to cancel everything and go to my regular doctor. I thought this would be convenient but it’s too much of a headache. Initially I was very happy when consulting with a nurse practitioner. They were very responsive. They called my first prescription in on 9/21, but this is the message at the pharmacy: Your insurance requires approval We've reached out to your prescriber, which may take a few days.If you have questions, contact your pharmacy. It is now almost 9/28 and I cannot get a response as to the status. I’ve sent several emails and nothing. Very very frustrated.

Update: They messaged me and they fixed the issue! They really are a professional company that responds quickly. They care about their patients! I love HelloAlpha. They are super friendly and the doctors are great! However, their customer service and support are not great and have recently had a problem. I need a prior authorization for my medication and requested one 3 weeks ago. Despite several follow up messages and phone call attempts- I can’t get through to anyone. They haven’t submitted my prior authorization and so I started one through my insurance…and still no response. I ran out of my medication yesterday and I’m really frustrated. Update: they just submitted my prior authorization request. I have to wait an additional 15-25 days. That will be almost 6 weeks.
