Did not receive my order even after paying for it and the fee for an online visit. I attempted to contact them thru the website and did not receive a reply. Pretty worthless!

Sent to the wrong address. Then argued with me about it. Then forgot the other item I ordered/paid for. Then said you shipped it out, I checked back 5 days later and it wasn’t shipped. Going to cancel.

Should have asked me or had me confirm before renewing. I hate when companies get you be doing auto ship and charge you card without you ordering anything again.

Update: I have to update my review because in the two short weeks since my original review so much has changed. First, I had the same issue again but this time a new person messaged me and they were completely condescending. She didn't look up any of my history or even seem to look at my prescription. If she had fact checked, she would have known that was she was saying to me was completely false. They also charged me for this rx for the first time ever without informing me. Also, I started a new prescription and wasn't informed of the copay before they sent me the med (weeks late I might add since they forgot about it). It was $55!!!!! I was checking my bank account and saw the charge. I tried contacting customer service and they basically said tough luck, not our problem. Apparently customer service also can't answer more than one question at a time because every time I get a reply it's only answering one thing I asked about and I have to keep asking the same question over and over again. I am ending my service as of now and will be recommending all of my friends that have signed up because of me do the same. I'm absolutely horrified at the lack of care from medical professionals. You're supposed to have gone into this field because you want to help people. Do no harm. Original review: I can’t give a full 5 stars because I have had a couple of issues with my rx not shipping when it should due to miscommunication BUT whenever I bring it to their attention they fix it immediately and do whatever it takes to make sure I get my rx in time.

You guys start to charging me for $10 a month for the birth control pills and goes up for $25 for no reason

I called for menopausal treatment. I am a retired obstetric RN who was looking for medication to help with my symptoms. Out of the 50+ medications, they only would prescribe 2, both cost prohibitive and would not work with my insurance. Many birth control pills would have been appropriate and either extremely cheap or free. My suspicion is that this company is just a funnel for specific pharmaceutical brands and do not exercise their practice to the full extent of their advertised ability, but only work with contractor medications. I would avoid this company and seek help from MeMD or other sites. They also do not have a phone number to call if you have concerns or questions. All communication is done through email. Another big red flag.

Your Response to my review is not accurate . You did not acknowledge my claims. Did you or did you not write a script out of a Nursing home? Would you like me to post to the public the actual written script that came with my medication with the NP phone number listed on it? Your medical director information was not listed on my medication. Also your reviews seem to all come flooding in all in one day. Seems odd . I’ve asked Trust Pilot to Verify my account per your request. Also no emails or phone calls have come my way as you claim you have attempted . Is there a way for me to post a photo of the actual script? Happy to do so. Thank you
