The service and care that I have received has been wonderful. I have gotten quick responses whenever I've needed to talk to a doctor or billing/membership issues. I haven't had to wait more than a day or two to get my prescriptions to the pharmacy. I have been very satisfied with Hello Alpha.

Only one time in almost a years time of using Hello Alpha on a monthly basis did I have to wait more than 24 hours for a response back. Any time I expressed any concerns they addressed my issues. Would highly recommend.
