Had to come back and change my review. Maybe this company works for some, but their willingness to just blindly throw serious medications at you seems careless. I wasn't given proper instructions on how to take a type of medication, and it seems to have caused lasting problems. I'm going to save telemedicine for things like sinus infections and colds and not my mental and reproductive health.

I haven’t received my last 2 packages please help

I was charged twice and accidentally sent two orders. I did not authorize this and won’t be using them in the future.

My initial experience with alpha was pretty good. I contacted them on May 17th to get a refill of my asthma and anxiety medication. The asthma medicine prescription was called in right away to a local pharmacy- great! A few days went by and I had no news of my anxiety medication being sent, so I contacted them, and was told a system error kept my medicine from being sent. They sent a partial prescription out, 1 of the 2 bottles for the dosage, and it arrived around May 30th. Not the best, but fine. I was wondering where the rest of my medication was but figured it was on the way. Since Thursday I've been trying to get in touch with alpha with no response to find out where the rest of my medication is, because I will be out on Monday. I'm extremely disappointed because I contacted them with enough time to fill my prescription where I would not run out, but will be left without medication that can cause serious withdrawal effects if doses are skipped.

SCAM!!!!! This company is quick to take your money and then provide NOTHING in return! Not only could I have googled the information they provided me! They recommended I be evaluated by a medical provider elsewhere and then provide them with their heath recommendations so they could fill a prescription for me! Basically, pay Alpha for nothing and then go pay for a REAL Dr.s visit elsewhere! Don’t fall for it like I did! They say they will only refund me $15.

be careful. after 3 months of membership I got an email saying that my insurance would no longer cover my birth control. I notified the website i wanted to change to a medicine that was covered. I still wanted birth control and waited for the medical provider to talk to me about my options. Nothing happened except for an email with a tracking number for my old prescription. Confused, and not wanting to pay out of pocket for something my insurance should cover, I contacted the company. My options were 1) change prescriptions to something that was covered...options the dr never went over with me despite my request. 2) pay $150 out of pocket to get the same delivery service. 3) transfer to a local pharmacy to pick up in person. The only reason i choose alpha was to get delivery. My pharmacy was boarded up due to riots and I dont want to leave the house during covid 19. I canceled this service.

I requested Camrese from them, paid the full brand-name price of $175, and received Amethia instead, a generic brand that I never consented to receive in lieu of my requested brand. They're equivalent medications to one another but something about Amethia debilitates me with side-effects while Camrese does not. They didn't even charge me less for sending me the more inexpensive generic brand. These pills are unusable for me and I'm out almost $200. Other services ask you if you're okay with getting generics, Alpha never did. So I assumed they just wouldn't, I guess, since there was no preference option when signing up. Just insane.

5 hours later and in pain no one had gotten back to me. Was told even for urgent care of simple cases the wait is 12 hours. Got a refund and will never use this place again. Plenty of competitors offer help much quicker.
