I really like your services, but I wish the response were inmidiate as I lost an appointment with my lab because the order was send to another number and I couldnt get a hold with my provider on time.

Love the care I have been receiving. But do sometimes wish I could I could talk to someone in person. For example I have a prescription that I need refills on that I haven’t figured out how to make that happen.

I have been very satisfied with Alpha Medical. However, it would be nice to be able to actually speak with my practitioner instead of email and message only. I have had questions that would literally take 30 seconds to answer, but instead have ended up being days instead. Other than that, it has been a wonderful experience.

My pharmacy hasn’t received my medication it’s been 6 days I’ve asked several times and it still hasn’t been received. It’s frustrating when I need it by Friday and there is already a national shortage. After speaking with several costumer service representatives I have come to find out that some how my Previous name was submitted to the pharmacy by mistake on my prescriptions. I am not sure how this mistake happened as my prescription had my married name on them last month. I am just relieved it was figured out, and hopefully I can get them tomorrow.

The team makes you feel like you matter to them. One negative thing about the app, it is kind of slow, every time you press a button you have to wait for a few seconds for the next step.
