How could anyone say this is a great service? I am on day 5 and still waiting for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. This is not fast AT ALL. The NP messaged me asking a question, then it took her 3 days to get back to me. Finally after I got in touch with a different dept she messaged me telling me what she would prescribe but I am still waiting for it to be called in. Worst service ever. Anything else would have been faster

Honestly, if 0 stars were an option, I definitely give them that. DEPLORABLE customer service. Had to wait 13 days for them to tell me an outlandish charge for a medication. Now that I’m wanting a refund for a subscription that clearly DOESN’T CARE about mental health like they claim they do, they are dodging calls and not responding to any messages. I never again will use this site or recommend this site to anyone.

I was told I would receive a response within 24hours. It's been days over 24 hours and I still haven't received anything. I'm extremely disappointed that the care of an individual is left in this manner. I would expect some sort of response from a licensed medical profession no later than 24-48 hours. To be honest I thought this would be more convenient than heading to my doctors, I'm sad to say- it's not.

This service was a scam. It took longer then it should. People who are depressed with anxiety and PTSD and ADHD aren’t stable. It wouldn’t take much to send them over the edge. And not getting the medication prescribed is terrible service. This was all about making some money from desperate people who are suffering and trying to find a way out.

I ordered birth control on the 21st of February, they said 3-5 days. It didn't arrive. They told me USPS was not tracking properly and said it was arriving late. I then received an email from Alpha Medical on March 3rd saying my package had arrived and it had not. I waited 2 more days and then messaged asking for a refund, and they told me I needed to wait 24 hours past the delivery time which I have already done. Telling me I need to wait an additional two days before they will help me further. Will change review if given assistance.

It doesn't seem ethical that medications are being prescribed to people with only a 10 minute assessment.

Not as advertised! You don't get to speak to an actual doctor, I have been trying to get somebody to speak with me one on one for days and it's like pulling teeth. I finally gave up and am looking into a refund. The complete lack of one on one care to patients is insane. All the responses to my consultation were copied and pasted from a script from nurses, when I asked to speak to somebody personally they insisted that they would not speak to me until I finished a screen with a provider out of network. When I explained I can't afford that they just copy-pasted the same response, with 0 acknowledgement to what I said. There is absolutely no human care or thought put into these responses, they are clearly pre-written. This service is probably fine if you simply need a basic health script filled, like birth control, but I was looking for affordable mental health services. A huge portion of their services are mental health and it's extremely subpar. The last thing you want to experience when you need mental health support is having a provider completely ignore your concerns and speak over you. At the end of the day, this is a service to sell pills. It works fine if you don't need serious help. PS to trans folks - if your name isn't legally changed, they will ship your medication under your deadname. Isn't :) That :) Awesome :)

I did not receive my full quantity of medication I was prescribed.
