My birth control shipment is consistently late being delivered. Because of this my period cycle is constantly being messed with and out of whack. Not to mention how scary that is since birth control doing its Job is based off the consistency of you taking your pill.

They have charged me twice for medication and I still haven't gotten my prescriptions. $90 down the drain. They refuse to refund me and it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get ahold of anyone trying to cancel service at all. I have been a customer for a long time but after this I refuse to continue to use them. The worst customer service! I am so dissatisfied. Use a different company and do not waste your time. Update: once they see you write a negative review they immediately reach out with nothing but b**** excuses and claim they care but continue to refuse to fix any situation.They have still refused to refund me. After reading through countless alarming negative star reviews I am certainly one of many people who have had bad experiences with this company and they seem to be VERY deceitful and continue to steal money and rip off their customers. I will certainly be disputing the charges with my bank for fraud and be contacting the BBB to inform them how this company seems to operate and treat their customers, it is so very clear they DO not care for the wellbeing of their patients and they are only out to get your money. When an issue is brought up they refuse to help and refuse to fix the issue. They will never refund you!!! They do NOT CARE!!!! They will only take your money again and again. I have since cancelled my services and fully expect this company to somehow charge me even after the fact because they steal from their customers and will find any loophole they can. STAY AWAY. The poor customer service, lack of genuine concern and care or urgency is a red flag from a health company.

No one is responding to my help messages.

There is no way to pause prescriptions or to tell what you are getting sent and when. I have asked for the same prescription 4 times and have not received 😕

Terrible customer service. Have been trying to cancel all services for weeks and am still getting charged!!

Cannot contact anyone to stop automatic billing

Edit: it just keeps getting worse! And talking to a manager hasn't helped the multiple times I've talked to one too. You cannot get an answer to any question from their customer support. I asked 3 direct questions in a message and only 1/2 of one question was answered. It wasn't anything complicated (Will I be charged again, can you remove my card, how many refills do I have left). I work in customer support and I have no idea how they're able to stay in business like this. The customers have no idea what's going on. And neither do the employees I guess because they really aren't able to help you at all. Alpha is easy to use until you have an issue. I have like 5 people message me back on one thread and they all give me different information. I was told I could still use them when I moved out of state and now that I'm almost out of medication they inform me that I can't use them. I have messages from two different people at least saying I could use them. I think every time I've reached out to them it's been a huge hassle. Save yourself the trouble and use any other service. Even the head of customer service isn't helpful and I've spoken with them many times. I don't know how they stay in business with their customer service as it has been the whole year I've been with them.

They charged me money, even though they said I did not qualify for medication. Why would I be charged if I could not receive the service and medication? Great, thanks for nothing! Can take my money quick alright.
