I've tried 3 times to cancel my order and get my money refunded but I have had no response. I'm pissed. So much for a response within 24 hours.

$56.72 is the cost if you use Good Rx which is a free discount pharmacy card and get it through Osco pharmacy. Don't use Alpha Medical. I should have done more research on cost. Alpha medical is an easy website to use but not worth the expense.

Twice they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy

No one ever got back to me....did take payment though

Total time to get a provider to review case and get me a script was 11 days.

This company is completely awful and unprofessional. They sent prescriptions to me on multiple occasions that had interactions with stated health issues that I had. The doctors take forever to respond and you are often bumped between multiple customer service representatives in different chat threads so you have to restate the problem all over again. Do not waste your time or money on this business. They clearly do not care about helping anyone and just care about the money involved. They are are shadey about not listing all of the possible side affects with a prescription. I was also sent something with no consultation and they expected me to just pay and blindly take something. I read the description and it had interactions with a health concern of mine and they didn't even wait for the okay on my end. The worst and most unprofessional and uncommunicative "health care" program out there.

**Update: conveniently, after writing this review they immediately replied to my message. They said it was an error and my card would be refunded. I replied asking what my regular copay would be and received a response saying the $688 is in fact my copay. Clearly no one there knows what is going on since the last person said the $688 was an error. I asked for clarification but have yet to receive a reply. The “prescription” is for orlistat which I can buy OTC (Alli) for $60. I was charged $688 with no prior notice of copay amount. I messaged TWICE into you since yesterday morning and still have yet to receive a reply.

They took my money and never contacted my insurance or did anything to allow me to get medication. There is NO way to truly contact them other than by email too, which is concerning. I would NOT advise anyone to use this service. I asked for my money back and they said the fee was NON-refundable-- so BEWARE.
