It takes a very looking time for an email from anyone and there's no other way to contact Alpha. I paid my"visit copay" and was told 24 hours... I sent another email and that was finally answered. I was approved to be treated, and then they sent a prescription I cannot take. It's been 19 hours so far and they haven't responded yet. They haven't even given me a cost but said it could arrive in 4 days. I even sent a message to support last Thursday and it took them 4 days to respond (it's Tuesday afternoon). Save your time and just go to a doctor.

I have been using Latisse from Alpha for about a year without problem. I received my latest auto-shipped delivery on 7/17/21. That weekend, I got a notice that I needed to renew my prescription. I followed the steps provided; but at the end it appeared that Alpha was treating this as a brand new prescription from a different person. Apparently they have no safeguards in place to prevent such a thing, which is pretty scary considering they also dispense prescription medication for mental health. I tried desperately to contact somebody at Alpha beginning at 11am on Sunday, 7/18. Their website has a banner that somebody would respond to messages in 24 hours. That did not happen. I sent messages via both their website and by regular email. Nobody responded. I DM'd them on Facebook. Nobody responded. Not until 7:15am on Tuesday 7/20, when the unauthorized shipment was conveniently in the mail and my charge for $100 (which I had to scramble to cover so my account would not be overdrawn) went through did I hear back, only to be told they could not refund me because the shipment I NEVER ORDERED was in the mail system. I don't think this can be called anything else besides unscrupulous.

Make sure to double check the price of everything! Especially if insurance will Not cover it. I was informed late that insurance would not cover a medication, so I clicked pay cash thinking it would prompt me to another site for a price. I didn’t, they immediately charged my card $800 and I tried to cancel before it got shipped and no one responded until after it was prepared to ship. They refused to return it!

I’ve had so many issues with this service — if they aren’t messing up my name they are mixing up insurance or sending and charging me for scripts I’ve been directed to stop taking. I really have like no contact with the doctor anymore and just have no idea what’s going on at this point.

Failed it get me the medication before I ran out of the prescription, and then failed to connect with me about getting an emergency prescription sent to a pharmacy when it’s advertised they reply within 24 hours for all communication. So fed up and frustrated that they won’t fix the situation

I cancelled my plan, and removed my payment info and was still charged and shipped a prescription I did not need. When I tried to stop the shipment and get a refund they told me that it wasn't possible and I would just have to deal with the $65 loss. 10 out of 10 do not recommend

I keep telling them to cancel my pills I keep getting charge Pissing me off I have send so many emails never shopping on this website for pills again

If I could give them no stars I would. I supplied all my information including insurance then they charged me the fee for consultation, about a week later they said the rx was sent to my pharmacy and it wasn’t. The next day they said our pharmacy and insurance weren’t in network so they sent the rx to New York. No other info, I live in Las Vegas. I asked where in New York and how do I reach this pharmacy and instead of a response I got an email saying my subscription was cancelled. But I never got any money back. This place is terrible
