Do NOT use them!!! Huge waste of time and frustration. They say that they will get back to you within 24 hours after every message but they almost never do. I also asked to get my prescription digitally sent to me and they refused. Then they refused to give me a refund even though I was told that this was possible before signing up and was the only reason that I signed up. If they don't provide a refund I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Awful experience. The staff were always short with me and gave vague answers. The messaging system is very confusing because it makes you pick a category for your message each time and creates a new message thread and you can't have a straightfoward conversation like this. AVOID!!!!

***Edit...To the message from Alpha----Well shame on you for not staffing you company so that your costumers can get real-time support. I switched to Lemonade and they have been over the top helpful in real-time. I shouldn't have to wait more than 24 hours to hear from someone to fix THEIR mistake. I've been using Alpha for 1 year and they never send my 3 month supply on time. I always haveto go a couple of weeks without pills before receiving the new 3 month supply. Every time I start a new pack after the delay the side effects hit me all over again. It takes 3 months for your body to get "used" to a BC pill and I have to start that all over again every 3 months. Tis last and final straw, they charged my account twice! Once on August 3rd and again on August 5th and the worst part is no one is responding to messages and there is NO PHONE number. No way to talk to a live person. The reviews on her saying "the staff is so friendly and so responsive" are BS and I guarantee they are paid for reviews. Don't trust this company!!

Alpha medical withdrew $470 from my account without my authorization. They said that by me completing a consultation I’m agreeing to medical treatment. So I guess that means if I go to my PCP they’re allowed to drain my money from my account and shove medication down my throat. Nope. Over the last year they were always very communicative with me and made sure to go over copays and cash payments before charging me, I was always given the option to approve or deny before moving forward. This time they prescribed me 3 medications (that I did not request and would have been clear if they would have looked at my history) at 2 AM Sunday and by the time I woke up in the morning all of my money was gone and the order had been processed. After a week of trying to dispute these transactions with them I finally received a partial refund. The following morning they charged my account another $125 after someone had already told me all of my future orders have been cancelled. The $125 was from an order they could not charge me for because they had already put my bank account in the negative that previous Sunday. Thankfully, I received a refund the following week. I was a loyal customer and would recommend them to everyone. But now I have them blocked from my bank and I no longer plan to continue with alpha medical moving forward. Because of this I was unable to keep food on the table and missed a car payment.

I signed up for asthma issues. Money withdrawn immediately and no prescription for inhaler as promised. No response from them. They don’t take live calls or have a way to leave voicemail. I’m certain this is not legitimate. I would recommend using caution if using. I’m in need of inhaler. For me it’s not the cost, it’s the delay in having a life saving device

I filled out the mental health forum and was told I didn’t need what I asked for. I was then prescribed an antidepressant that was never discussed with me whatsoever. Which is also nonrefundable, so I was charged for a “visit” when I didn’t see or speak to anyone and a pill that I didn’t ask for. I’d leave less stars if I could honestly.

I signed up and paid the $30 review fee. They say that someone will review within 24 hours. A week later, I heard nothing and requested a refund. They refused to provide a refund and till this day, three weeks later, I have never received a consultation, call...nothing. The only message that I received is saying they cannot refund my money. I paid the $30 for nothing. I think the other reviews are fake. The number on the website goes to a voice mail that is not professional. The address is a mailing service. This company is fake. Do not believe the reviews. If you look at comments on social media, there are more people like me that got scammed!

It has been two weeks of using Alpha medical and I am extremely unhappy with the level of care I have received. I had to pull teeth to get critical medication and they sent it to the incorrect pharmacy. The person I was dealing with also had pretty lackluster bedside manner and overall did not seem to care. It is super jarring to see something like this from a company that provides mental health resources

There is no option to order the meds as you need them. They are all auto refilled and they will charge your credit card without notice and then not let you return anything... there are options to skip but you have to be on your game to remember to do this. Once they have your credit card they pretty much go for it and make it nearly impossible to stop
