A horrible experience from start to finish. A disorganized company that will happily take your money and then stop following up. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still no medication because they sent it to a “partner pharmacy” and never told me where it was sent. They have stopped responding to my help requests. Dishonest and NOT worth the hassle.

I have been using Alpha since May and the overall experience isn’t great. My medication that is supposed to be refrigerated is not overnighted so it has arrived hot and unusable twice now. Response times are not good and most of the time I have to follow up just to get any kind of response when I need something. You have to do regular return visits but they don’t really seem to have a point except for Alpha to collect more money from you. I asked the NP a question this past visit about my medicine possibly not working and was basically told to just stay on it. Update: Weird that you responded to my negative review much faster than you respond to any of my messages through your website. In fact, I have a message pending response now that no one has replied to. I also noticed you didn’t respond to my feedback about anything except the feedback about the medication. I like my medication, not crazy about the level of service especially when I have a medical question. Hopefully you can improve your response times in the future.

The nurses do not communicate with one another and contradict one another regularly. They do not read your files completely before prescribing you very serious meds. The communication between the patient and the portal is extremely slow and can take days to receive a response. I do not recommend this platform.
