I was pretty skeptical about using an online Healthcare service...and pretty hesitant. But after signing up and receiving care, medication, etc...I am so surprised! The providers are quick to respond....they explain everything...answer any questions...they truly take the time to.get to know you. I am so happy with my providers and my care...I feel better than ever.

Prompt responses to both provider and insurance inquiries. Professional, caring, and encouraging responses. One difficulty I have experienced is responding to a message (currently using my phone to correspond vs laptop)…I have to select a “topic” via the drop down options, and when I do; it seems to create a new message vs responding to the one I did. This often causes me to duplicate the message. I may be doing something wrong.

Great solution to obtaining care without tons of time spent with in-person visits, or even video calls. Everything is done via chat and questionnaire. The staff is kind and is quick to respond to questions. Everything is very smooth and efficient. My prescription ships for free.
