I got a notification from my apple password manager that my unique password I use for alpha medical has appeared in a data leak. The password reset tool is not working and alpha medical customer service won’t respond to my emails. I am locked out of my account, I can’t get my medication, my personal data may be compromised, and alpha medical will not help. I am not sure what to do about my medication since it is dangerous for me to abruptly stop taking it. Alpha medical needs to improve their customer service since patients Heath and safety is on the line. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

After spending almost $100 all they did was refer me to go see another physician - it is a referral scam which take consultation money for nothing.

I was perfectly happy with how things were going using alpha medical until they charged me for medication I didn’t authorize. Refused to help and find a solution so now I no longer trust using this site.

Extremely annoyed by this service. You sent me a survey before medication even could begin to effect me and made recommendations based off that instead of letting me have time to have the effects kick in and then evaluate. Then my order was late and the medication can’t be skipped! The withdrawals were annoying. It’s a mess and so hard to communicate at all using this site. Would not reccomend. In addition they do business with BetterHelp which has atrocious business practices please look up how bad they really are.

Terrible customer service. Would not entrust this company with any medical issue beyond the most basic primary care. I am on auto-refill for asthma maintenance medication. Received an email to approve a copay, I approved - nothing happened for 3 days. Received a second email, approved again, still nothing. Contacted customer service. It takes them 24 hours to respond. Nothing more than a copy/paste response about refunding the first copay. Took zero initiative to solve my problem which was to SHIP my medication! Took ANOTHER 24 hours for them to respond again. I had to live with a moderate asthma episode for 3 days, relying on my rescue inhaler while Alpha got sorted. I understand the convenience of telehealth, but when something goes wrong, Alpha’s customer service model is completely inadequate. Big red flag was every single correspondence comes with a written/spoken disclaimer that Alpha’s business practice is legal and they are only obligated to respond within 24 hours. It’s obvious they’ve failed other customers before.

Diagnosis was wrong will not use again

They sent me the wrong medication.

Canceled and they ignored my request and’s continue to send and charge for meds I don’t want.
