I was charged $70 for medication, spironolactone, that I never asked for and never received. I have emailed customer service several times about this issue and they have refused to issue a refund. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau next.

Never answer's the call. I was calling for 1 hour and nobody answered my call. I was at the pharmacy to check about a medication.

Don’t use this service and especially do not pay for their subscription. I have never had a smooth interaction, whether it is getting a prescription for antibiotics or for birth control. They advertise as being a quick and easy way to address common medical needs but I had to go almost 2 months without prescriptions. You will pay $30 for a “consultation” where you never talk to a real person and they will ultimately tell you they can’t help you anyway. Waste of time and money.

Customer service response time is horrible. I literally cancelled my ordered 2 min after placed, they conveniently got back to me after they shipped the order. They did refund the consultation fee but i still received and was charged for items not needed.

Don’t use the cold and flu. They will charge you and provide nothing.

I always have to message multiple times to get the right medication because they prescribe the wrong one, and she won’t prescribe any refills without me having a visit.

Do NOT use Alpha! They take days at a time to respond to every message you send. A normal conversation takes a week when each rep takes over a day to answer you! They will lie about your insurance saying you don't have coverage to get you to "cash pay". Then if you try to transfer to another pharmacy that can confirm your insurance they make up reasons to not approve the prescription. This place is a joke. Please do NOT use them. It's been over a month dealing with them and a simple prescription is still NOT filled! There is no way to call and complain. Their phone number goes to a voicemail that no one returns calls to!

I signed up for treatment in good faith and have done everything on my end in an attempt to get my medication that was prescribed. My pharmacy sent the pre-auth request 3 days ago and as of yet Alpha Medical has not submitted it to my insurance company. This means that if and when they do, I still have to wait an additional 10-15 days for a decision. I do not understand why there has been a delay on their end. I am incredibly frustrated and feel like I have been scammed.
