Other mental health help sites similar to this always required a video call with the doctor, and video calls and phone calls give me very intense anxiety, so I really appreciated that I didn't have to do it here. Alpha Medical is the saving grace that finally got me the help I needed for my mental health issues, but was always afraid to reveal my deepest issues face to face with a doctor. I am eternally grateful that I stumbled upon this, so I can finally lift some of the darkness from my head and actually enjoy my life again.
