I had been getting the run around with my health insurance about trying to use telehealth to see a doctor to update my inhaler prescription, and what that would cost. I needed a new one, and wanted it on hand in case I got COVID-19, but didn't want to go to a doctor's office and risk getting infected there. Alpha was super easy, quick, and cheap. I signed up and got a new inhaler in less time than it took to send emails back and forth with my insurance company, and the total cost was only $4 more than what I could have paid for my copay alone for a doctors visit, and $20 cheaper than a virtual doctors visit.

Has made my life so much easier. So happy!

Hello Alpha makes it possible for uninsured patients like me to have access to medical care. I am so happy that I decided to give the mental health membership a try. I took the extensive mental health evaluation, emailed with a doctor a few times, and had a prescription within four days of first signing up. The doctor has always been very quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and she’s always provided lots of in depth information plus multiple outside resources. I highly recommend!

I loved that it was quick and easy, I was asked plenty of questions to get a better understanding of my asthma. When I was done answering questions about my asthma they asked me if I preferred what I was already taking or if I wanted to switch to what would be recommended. After I submitted all of my information I was contacted within a couple hours a nurse practitioner contacted me. She asked me a couple more questions and also told me what she was recommending and how it would benefit me. She also sent me information on both products and of course told me to let her know if I needed anything else. She was very professional and kind. Within a couple days I received my products and very happy with them! The best part is that I didn't have to make an appointment at my primary care office and didn't have to answer the same questions I'm asked every time. The cost was very cheap and I am very satisfied!! I will continue to Alpha and recommend everyone use it as well!!

Everything I’ve been concerned about has been answered by a doctor exactly at the time I needed. No long waiting, no confusion, no problems whatsoever. I am very satisfied with the help and I’ve received all my orders at a timely manner. Definitely happy.
