Very disappointed. My medicine never arrived. I contacted the pharmacy and they explained Alpha Medical never placed the order. When I reached out to support, they told me it arrived without doing any research. I explained to them what the pharmacy explained to me and it took them several hours to get back to me with an update. They lied and said it was an error but still did not exercise any urgency. I paid weeks ago for medicine that is incredibly important and they failed to place the order correctly. I am still waiting for an update and have not received my medicine. Don’t recommend. Update: After I sent the review, Alpha responded immediately asking that I put in a request in their portal; however, I have several support request that no one has responded to. I wished they cared about their patients the same way they care about negative reviews.

I asked a straight forward question [why was I paying the same price for a generic form of drug]. The answer seemed to be a run around answer that did not take care of my concern; Telling me to price shop pharmacies, to find a better price [between Latisse and the generic form]. More frustrating than helpful.

I have tried to cancel it’s nearly impossible.

BIGGEST waste of money ever!!! And extremely poor customer service! I subscribed yesterday and after being charged I havent spoken to absolutely anyone no doctor has come into contact with me. Ive been trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund, like their own policy states, and no one is answering me in order to do that too. Absolutely unbelievable. For the alpha medical reply: I have messaged you there! no one answers! I need a refund and to cancel my subscription!

On my medical questionnaire the company said that I noted experiencing aura with birth control. I corrected it on the paperwork but it didn’t submit so I called to verify the problem. The representative refused to give me any information or change the paperwork even after I had told her it was an error on their end. She said “it’s up to the doctor” so I asked if she could note that I’m currently on birth control and do not experience aura. She responded blankly again “Ok, it’s up to the doctor.” They charged me $25 just to talk and refused to approve the birth control request even after I told them I have been on birth control for years now and stated which kind. It was obvious the representative was not interested in helping me. What resulted was an influx of emails questioning me even after I had repeatedly told them no I have never experienced aura. They then went silent and never responded so I closed my account. Highly do not recommend.

Prescription cost for quantity you receive is outrageous compared to a competitor.

I haven’t received my results. Been over a week. Tried to login in to my account. Won’t let me in. I tried to reset password. Won’t send me an email to reply to to reset password. Took my money but won’t give me any answers.
