So incompetent. You basically have to do support's job for them. You chat them and get a response the next day... no phone calls. You have to explain step-by-step what you need them to do, or it won't get done. I missed an ENTIRE DOSE because of their miscommunication with their own pharmacies. I guarantee that at least 50% of the people on this website are looking to reimburse their purchases with HSA. Good luck viewing receipts for all your orders in one place. You have to literally chat them to get receipts for your consults. I'm so tired of them. I received weight loss medication through them. Insurance copay at any local pharmacy: $25. Same day pickup. Copay through their weird pharmacies: $90 (nearly 4x as much) and get your prescription in 2 weeks. No, it wasn't a shipping delay, it was a PHARMACY delay. Don't waste your time. There's a million companies that offer the same service.

Took them way too long to process my prescription. The doctor did have a question about one of my answers — but over 24 hours to look at my first request, and then almost 24 hours to look at the message I sent her in response to her question? That’s a lifetime when you have an infection. I went through another website who had my prescription ready for me the next morning. There are better websites.

I got prescribed a prescription from here and It was not covered by my insurance. They had to go a PA, and said it was denied. Which is ok. Then the doctor prescribed me another medication which was covered by insurance and they billed me cash when they have my insurance on file. So instead of paying like 7 dollars for a prescription. I paid 35 dollars. I was told I can not get reimbursed for the difference. I will definitely go to HealthTap where the memberships is lil like 15 a month and they are responsive.

This companies customers service is awful. It takes 3 days on average to respond and there is no phone support. There is no way to contact them urgently for things that are fine sensitive and when they do respond 59% of the time it’s canned responses. I wish I could support and use them except that it took a lot of leg work on my end to get denial after denial even after I obtained the prior authorization. I don’t know if I can use them in the future. I’m kind of at their mercy by then holding a prescription refills. Sad, this could’ve been a great business if only they hired some customer service reps who could read and respond accordingly.

Took way too long to get back to me on anything. They waited until basically a few minutes after I posted this review to bother to respond to my message in the app. I had been waiting 21 hours for a response before i posted this review. The provider clearly didn’t even actually look at the information I provided about my symptoms. I think it’s ridiculous that they didn’t even bother to try to help me. I’d give them 0/5 stars if I could. If you’re looking for good online help you should try PushHealth. It’s worth the extra money. I got an almost instant response from PushHealth and the provider quickly recognized that I had a bacterial infection based on my symptoms and provided me a prescription for an antibiotic and steroids. Don’t waste your money with Alpha because they don’t care about you and won’t take the time to actually help you but they sure will take your money and put in no work for it.

I feel conned every time I use this service. It's like they repeat what you say and act like that's their diagnosis. I have a bad case of covid and I have intense headaches worse than a migraine now. I have high blood pressure and I take medicine. All I wanted was something stronger than Tylenol that will help me head out. I see my dr on Tuesday and I hope I can hang in thère.I WAÑT A REFUND.

Your website is horrible to navigate

The communication at this company is probably the worst I’ve ever seen. They reply without actually looking into the matter in question and it’s impossible to respond back to the same person you just talked to. They say they will do something like cancelling an order and don’t cancel it.
