Hello Alpha has been a godsend. I recently moved so instead of getting a bunch of doctors I get one app. I have the monthly subscription and because of that the response time is very good. The PA’s and medical staff are wonderful, and the support staff are as well.

I’ve worked with Alpha for a couple years now and have had nothing but a smooth experience. Prices are reasonable, doctors listen to your experience, follow up visits are well scheduled, and medication is delivered promptly. Only one issue in two years: I was late to a follow up, causing my refill to be delivered after I would run out. The team at Alpha took swift action and rerouted my delivery to my local pharmacy within 12 hours. Very grateful to Alpha for their service.
