My providers do nothing except ask the same questions over and over again as if I didn’t tell them the same answer the first time around. It also seems like every other week you’re being billed for medications. I have a stockpile of my medications, which I shouldn’t have.

I want to cancel and I can’t reach no one

I was charged multiple times and unclear why.

My birth control thats supposed to be refrigerated was warm when I received it..the two little ice packs that were in the packaging were hot.

They will not read your notes properly and prescribe you something you did not ask for. Their system did not deliver my notes of wanting hormone free birth control and still prescribed me something with hormones. Their system has a real flaw in it that can hurt someone. Please yall double and triple check everything they do!

I am really frustrated with dealing with Alpha Medical. The initial process went so smoothly and I had such high hopes, but a week after they supposedly ordered my prescription, it still said processing. I had to reach out to them, at which they said there was a technical issue with that particular medication and they would have to resubmit it. I asked for it to be sent to my local pharmacy because at this point I’ve already waited a week. They agreed. It’s been two days and my pharmacy never received anything from them. This is so incredibly frustrating and makes me not want to continue with Alpha. I’m supposed to have a follow up with them in 2 weeks to check on my progress and at this point I haven’t even started the medicine! EDIT: Response from Alpha Medical says to reach out for help on the app. I’ve already done that and, big surprise, no response.

I started this process on April 19th and was prescribed a face cream. It's is the weeks later and nothing has arrived in the mail. Communication is sporadic with no real answers. Frustrating!

My birth control was supposedly delivered to an old address, yet went there a few times and it wasn’t there. When I asked if they could send my prescription to my new address they tried charging me another $100. Ended up signing up with “favor” and it covered pretty much all birth control
