I did not receive my package after being sent the wrong one the first time. This one never came. I’m fed up

I never ordered just inquired Ins doesn’t pay I never authorized cash payment. Not happy how do I return? And get a refund

A disorganized mess. Kept trying to send me a generic when I said I can't have it. Then they asked if I wanted to take it continuous and that it would be expensive for 4 packs so I asked how much for 1. We kept going in circles while they kept trying to send the generic. They kept repeating themselves and ignoring what I was saying. Then when I said cancel, I found it somewhere else, they said they already sent it and I didn't give enough notice (they never said anything and definitely not 3 days notice). I sent all the screenshots to my credit card and they refunded no questions asked because I was clearly the one in the right.

The website is not user friendly and since this is a web-based business this is a big problem. I've often had the experience of asking a question about medication or the site and have gotten a canned response which makes me think no intelligent person is reading my message and understanding the problem I'm having. Or I get a response that says I'm using the site wrong with no additional HELPUL instruction on how to use the site properly. The customer service is prompt, but if they are not addressing the correct problem how good it is? I feel like I'm in a Monty Python sketch.

Second billing issue ..2 months ago my insurance and credit card were billed for greater than $1500. They were very responsive and reversed the credit card charge. On Saturday, I received a text to confirm rather or not I wanted the shipment. I was delaying due to the cost but would have never thought they would ship/charge without my authorization. Buyer beware and make sure shipments don’t ship without your authorization. Service has been great except for billing issues.

The WORST. I've been with them a few months and only need a very straightforward medication, prescribed monthly. They somehow still mess this up, time after time. It had gotten bad enough that I went without my supposedly weekly medication for almost 3 weeks (any longer and I would have had to restart the very expensive treatment). And this delay has happened TWICE since just 4+ months. So you've got a 50/50 chance of not being screwed over by Alpha I guess. Though their staff respond somewhat promptly (within 24 hours... usually), the answers feel canned and unhelpful. So what's the point? And there's explicitly, absolutely no way you can reach out to them via phone or email if they ghost you either. If everything goes well, you're good; but if anything at all goes sideways, well you're stranded sick and alone, with zero assistance. In summation, forget Alpha and avoid them like the plague if you have any choice in the matter at all. There are plenty of other Telehealth companies out there who offer a much higher calibre and consistency of service AND compassion. edit: Somehow they find and respond to negative reviews here much faster than they do to legitimate medical questions via their app or website. This should give you a clear idea of their customer care priorities.

The providers are excellent. The service is convenient and reasonably priced. Their pharmacy is horrific! I use for asthma. I was prescribed 2 inhalers a month. The Alpha pharmacy has screwed this up twice now. Not only did the send only 1 inhaler, (which they charged me 75.00 for), but the also sent the WRONG medication. Even after I did my part the last time and followed up to make sure the correct medication would be sent. Highly recommend their providers for their ease of use and knowledge but save yourself aggravation and do NOT use their pharmacy! If they continue to screw up something as easy as inhalers, imagine what they will do with other medications.
