I ordered a brand name prescription and a generic was substituted and I don't want the generic. The price I paid was more than double of what I paid for my last prescription and they offered a minor discount and not a return. I should not have to pay for something I was not aware I was getting and I am unable to return.

I have used this service for over a year now. It was never perfect but it worked for my financial situation. On 6/21/2022 I requested that my prescriptions that were sent to my pharmacy be sent from an in state doctor as my insurance doesn't cover out of state doctor prescriptions. 24 hours later I get a response. 24 hours after that I get a prescription sent in. Little did I know that new prescription didn't include my 3 or 4 refills my original prescription had. That brings me to 2 days ago when I tried to get my prescription refilled. Pharmacy calls and said my insurance doesn't accept out of state prescription. I mentioned that I had this issue corrected and they let me know Alpha only sent one prescription no refills. I submitted a request and 48 hours later there is still no response. This is life saving medicine that I had to overdraft my account to buy out of pocket. Absolutely insane that it takes 24-48 hours to get any type of response. Even if they respond after 24 hours they will take another day or two just to get it completed. I would recommend using a different service that has phone support for these types of situations. I left Alpha a voicemail this morning and 5 hours later no response. I submitted 8 more requests on their website and still no response. 2 days after my initial request and I got nothing.

Poor communication. Ordered birth control through alpha medical. I hadn’t heard anything back so I reached out and didn’t get a response. I called their number but you have to leave a voicemail. It had been days. I received a message sayI got someone prescribed Ella and birth control. I received Ella very quickly but never got any further communication about my birth control. I got frustrated with them and looked for other options. Landed on planned parenthood. They asked me some questions in the app and someone reviewed the request and sent over the script for the exact brand I wanted all in less than 24 hours. But when I tried to fill the script they got the “too soon to fill” error. Because alpha had processed it. I had no idea. I messaged Alpha on a Sunday asking them to cancel my subscription. They responded later that afternoon. Very quickly compared to my other messages. More communication would be great.

They have 2 stars on Google reviews. Go read those. They will respond claiming that they will resolve issues, but they never do. It feels like they bank on their patients just forgetting about meds. Like... what?! Super over it. I've been paying for meds since February that I have yet to receive. It's now the end of August. I've left voicemails (no humans to talk to on their phone) and several messages and emails.

I asked for medication that I needed and was not given it and instead I was charged and sent the specific thing I asked to cancel.

A. When going thru the vetting process, alpha medical states, if script is over 75.00, patient approval would be required. WRONG! Alpha medical failed to disclose my "$1500.00" script would be filled in 24 hours if I didn't respond to email that was sent to me. I was traveling for work and didn't see email. Coupon could not be used. Alpha medical has not responded to any of my 5 emails sent.

This is so impossible to cancel . Keeps auto-renewing my "prescription" that I only ever wanted once. I have limited time and your website makes it wayyy to difficult to cancel.

As a doctor myself, Alpha medical is the most unethical, incapable and irresponsible ‘medical’ company I have had the misfortune of encountering. This company will take your money, not render care and then threaten the patient when they invoke their rights. If you care for your health, the healthcare system as a whole or patient of advocacy steer far away from this sham of a company. They want nothing but your money and care nothing for patient safety.
