After making the difficult decision to step down in my role as mental healthcare worker due to my own mental health taking a toll during the pandemic, I found Alpha. I had recently moved, was in between insurance, and was told the wait-lists in my area were months long. I had been suffering from near constant anxiety and panic attacks, as well as general baseline of depression. As a clinician and as someone who has battled mental health through life, Alpha is a life saver. My meds are free through my state insurance, and for the one time fee; I was able to take clinically approved, science based assessment and received my medicine within 5 days. I am already noticing improvements. My provider was kind, quick, professional, and let me lead the treatment. To those on the fence about this service, I would highly recommend. To other providers, this could save a client's life as multiple in-person psychiatric services are getting backed up; the turnaround time for refills seems to be much faster. Thank you to Alpha again!

Prescription came 1 day early, great instructions included with my meds, they even included a free reusable mask with my order (good quality 2-layer with ear adjusters). I feel like my doctor put a lot of thought into prescribing and worked with me when I had concerns. I feel safe knowing that they are keeping an eye on me. Also, it is a really affordable option for a working class family like mine.

So far this has been an awesome experience. The doctor was extremely responsive about multiple issues that I was having. She was quick to understand what was wrong and how to help. It almost seemed too easy lol. The prescriptions she could fill were delivered quickly, and the ones that had to be filled elsewhere were sent directly to my pharmacy. I will definitely be using her services again!
